The Opportunity
As part of the Data Analytics team you are expected to manage client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering preferred
- Ability to think critically about problem at hand
- Attention to detail; ability to clearly document work performed
- Availability for both domestic and international travel on short notice
- Proficiency with oral and written communication skills
- Experience using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)
- Possessing knowledge of business intelligence & data visualization software
- Exposure to data from accounting systems application
- Experience leading analytic teams

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
