We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Healthcare Business analyst

Mode of Interview: Either Web Cam or In Person Interview

Work Location: Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Shift: EST

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of demonstrating skill in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, business process mapping, procedural writing, process engineering

• 7 years of demonstrating skill in organization and time management, and presentation skills

• 7 years of knowledge of relational databases (SQL), system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management proc

• 7 years of knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile

• 7 years of ability to work on different aspects of same application while envisioning an integrated workflow as a final output

• 7 years of to utilize system-based project management applications, collaboration applications, and MS Office applications; Visio, SharePoint, Teams

• 7 years of bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science, business, healthcare administration or equivalent experience

• 9 years of personal Attributes- Strong attention to detail is critical

• 9 years of personal Attributes- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• 9 years of personal Highly self-motivated and directed

• 9 years of personal Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• 5 years of experience as Performing Analyst role

• 3 years in Health IT, clinical, research, financial Experience

• 3 years of strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills

• 3 years of Effective communication skills and collaborative work style

• 3 years of Background in healthcare information systems, data analysis, and familiarity with EHR implementation or optimization

• 3 years of experience Able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision and to adjust efficiently

• 3 years of Knowledge of clinically driven revenue cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of Experience with Healthcare Information Systems
• 3 years of Experience implementation experience with, Electronic Health Records / Electronic Medical Records, especially Cerner / Oracle Health and/or previous experience
• 3 years of Experience or knowledge with the Govt Information Security Standard, SEC 501, Familiarity with HIPPA
• 3 years of Experience as analyst for EHR system, Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health EHR preferred
• 3 years in Proficiency in programming languages(SQL, Java, and CCL. Cerner Command Language-nice to have), database management, and software development life c
