Join a collaborative team driving critical data initiatives for financial systems within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this fully remote role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, support reporting systems, and contribute to the evolution of a robust data warehouse. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll help bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution. Accountabilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
• Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and related documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement data warehouse improvements.
• Conduct system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
• Provide on-call support as needed, depending on the project phase.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with system reporting tools (Oracle, SQL).
• Proven experience in systems testing (unit, integration, UAT).
• Solid background in Agile software development methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience with data warehouse applications, database reporting features, and Jira.
• Preferred: Background in project and/or product management.
• Must be located in the state of Texas.
